Quick Updates

Radio commercials start tomorrow on WMBS 590 AM. The commercials will run between 1-3pm and run from Tuesday to Monday, except for Saturday and Sunday.

I will be on Bob Foltz' Let's Talk radio show on Friday, November 3, 2006 starting at 2:15pm.

I will also be on Monday, November 6, 2006 starting at 1:30.

I will be taking phone calls and answering the people's questions, because I am not afraid to answer questions.

Bob Foltz did want to have an open forum debate on his show for each district, but Ms. Kula couldn't find the time to be on the show, so once again the people lose out.

But, that's ok, I will give the people the opportunity to ask me questions.

Oh, by the way, watch your Daily Couriers on Friday, November 3, 2006. I have an ad that I am sure everyone will enjoy and be very informative.

Also, I can't let my great friends in Scottdale and Mt. Pleasant out, so please get your Independent Observer and Mt. Pleasant Journal on Thursday November 2, 2006, because that is the day that my ad will run and our Westmoreland citizens will find very very informative about the candidates.

It's time to go, because the working class family men and women have to get up early to try to keep this economy moving.

Without the working class, there would be no economy, that's why we need to elect working class men and women to be our representatives.

That's why I hope you will consider voting for me, William R. Earnesty, on November 7th.

Until Next Time...Have A Great Day!!!

For The People?

The Greensburg Diocese has put out the latest edition of the Catholic Accent.

In it you will find the local candidates that took the time to answer the questions about issues that concern the tens of thousands of local Catholics.

I answered the questions honestly and all of my answers and comments are included in the latest edition.

Well, guess who didn't "have time" to answer the questions?

Deberah Kula did not answer the people's questions about abortion or same sex marriage or any thing else.

Ms. Kula seems to be following a pattern here because she didn't answer the Diocese's questions, she didn't answer the AARP's questions, she didn't answer the NRA's questions, and the list goes on.

As a matter of fact, Project Vote Smart says, "DEBERAH KULA REPEATEDLY REFUSED TO PROVIDE ANY RESPONSES TO CITIZENS ON ISSUES."

You can find Project Vote Smart's statement here: http://www.vote-smart.org/npat.php?can_id=MPA57196

You can find my answers to the AARP's questionnaire here: http://www.aarp.org/issues/state_elections/race_display.html?race_id=4568 Notice it says that Kula "Did not respond."

You can find my NRA Rating (A) and Endorsement, plus Kula's rating here: http://www.nrapvf.org/elections/State.aspx?State=PA

And you can find the Catholic Accent online here: http://www.catholicgbg.org/DOGWeb/WSOTFT3.nsf/PageByKey/53C6074173F937BC852572130065D6C5.html

Just scroll down and click on the word VOTE and look for the 52nd District, again, you will notice that Kula didn't care enough "for the people" to be bothered with answering a few simple questions.

How can we trust Kula to be open and honest with the people, if she is elected, when she won't even be open and honest and answer the people's questions.

If you go here: http://www.campaignfinance.state.pa.us/ReportSearchResults.aspx?RequestID=22744&StartRow=1&RowsPerPage=10 and look at Kula's campaign finance reports, you will notice that she only answered questionnaires from groups that endorse and give candidates lots of money.

Case in point, she answered the Teacher's union's questionnaire, because they gave her an endorsement and a giant amount of money.

So, I assume, she didn't want to waste her time answering the AARP's or the Greensburg Diocese's questions, because these 2 groups didn't offer to give her any money.

It's a sad day when a candidate sells herself out and even worse when she sells out the people for a few dollars.

Also, when you look at the campaign finance reports, notice the dates of Teresa Heinz Kerry's and Chris Heinz' donations.

Ever since she received those donations, Kula has backed off from her original stance with LifePAC of being Pro-Life and Pro-Hunter and has dropped that from her entire platform.

Is Teresa Heinz Kerry already telling Ms. Kula what to do and what to say? $8000 is a lot of money and I am sure Kula doesn't want to have to give all that money back, so she must not have a choice, but to be Teresa's puppet.

Which makes you have to ask yourself: Who else is pulling Deberah Kula's strings?

Which then you need to ask: How can Kula be "for the people" of the 52nd District, when she has sold herself out to people from all over the state and country, including almost $9000 from the Pittsburgh area, almost $5000 from the Harrisburg area, $3000 from Washington, DC, thousands of dollars from lawyers and judges, thousands of dollars from other legislative districts, thousands of dollars from other states like, Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Florida, New Jersey, and North Carolina.

And don't forget that the teacher's union (PSEA) bought her vote, too, so don't expect her to push the issue of eliminating property taxes, as long as she is taking money from the teacher's unions.

Ladies and Gentlemen, we need to vote for a candidate that is honest enough NOT to accept bribes from all over the country from individuals looking buy favors from state representatives, but who has enough morals to stand up for what is right and to represent the people of the 52nd District.

That candidate is William R. Earnesty. I would truly appreciate your vote on Election Day, so that the 52nd District can have a State Representative FOR THE PEOPLE and not another career puppet politician.

Until Next Time...Have A Great Day!!!

Thank You

To whomever stopped to fix my sign on the hill by Martins.

I noticed that you had the morals not to try to one up who ever put the little sign in front of mine, but you just moved mine over.

I think people are finally realizing which candidate, volunteers, and supporters are most ethical and has more integrity in this election.

Again, Thank you.

Until Next Time...Have A Great Day!!!

Look How Childish Kula's Supporters Are...

Take a drive along route 119 South in Connellsville right past the new traffic light by Martins.

I was the first to put a sign on the hillside at least a month ago, then Mr. Kasunic placed a sign near there, which was cool, but then today a childish or maybe a scared Kula supporter decided they would put a Kula sign directly in front of mine to block people from seeing it.

Why must you be so childish or scared?

Just tell Kula to go and buy some commercials or billboards with that $8000 that Teresa Heinz Kerry gave her so Teresa can pull Kula's strings or that thousands and thousands of dollars that came from out of state.

I will go out and move my sign back so that people can see it, because I am too honest and too full of integrity to stoop to the low level that Kula's supporters stoop to try and steal this election when they try to take away the people's right to choose their representative.

Until Next Time...Have A Great Day!!!

Quick Update About The Earnesty Campaign

I had a little bit of time before I head out to knock on some doors and talk to the great citizens of the 52nd District.

My children and I were in the Connellsville Halloween Parade.

I was dressed as a masked wrestler with the WWE United States US Championship. The wrestling fans loved that, because they kept calling me Rey Mysterio.

My daughter was dressed as a hockey mask wearing chainsaw carrying mad woman.

My son was dressed as a scarecrow and rode on a float with his Boy Scout Troop 119.

Cheryl walked with us, too.

It was cold but we had a lot of fun meeting everybody and passing out pens and candy.

Here's some quick reminders:

I visited with Rolling Thunder of Fayette. Diane Irey, Greg Hopkins, John Mikita, and myself were the only ones that showed up for the meet the candidate night.

That was too bad, because we had a great discussion talking about ways that we can help our veterans.

It's a sad day when candidates don't care enough about the veterans that they can't take time out of their busy(?) schedule to discuss how we can help our vets.

I can't tip my hand, but I have a surprise for every one coming up starting on Halloween. I will give more information the day before, so Ms. Kula, who seems to be in hiding, doesn't steal any more of my ideas.

It's sad when a career politician, who has taken thousands of dollars from outside of the district and is paying a "political consultant" thousands of dollars, can't come up with ideas or solutions on her own.

Ms. Kula still has NOT accepted the challenge to debate me one on one on Bob Foltz' WMBS Let's Talk radio show.

Apparently, the many dates and times that the station gave her were not good enough.

People have been saying that her "handlers" have been keeping her hidden and quiet until election day, because of her poor showing on the Herald-Standard HSTV19 debate, which I hope to have available for download at www.vote4earnesty.com soon.

If she is afraid to face the people and answer their questions before the election, how can we trust her to be honest and open after the election?

We can't.

I was eating dinner at the Connellsville Independent Slovak Citizen's Club when I over heard some people discussing the election.

What I heard really didn't surprise me, because I knew that Ms. Kula is just another career politician looking for a free ride any where she can.

But, these people said that if Ms. Kula loses this election, then she will either run for County Commissioner or another county office next year (District Attorney, maybe?) OR she will bide her time to run for a County Judge office.

Personally, I would vote for her for District Attorney, or even as a judge, because that's where her experience is in the justice area, but she doesn't have that "working class" experience to know how to represent the people of the 52nd district.

She has that air of elitism around her and she rubs people the wrong way by acting like she's better than us, because she knows people in high places that keep giving her jobs.

Ms. Kula would make a good DA or county judge and with a little more experience getting to know the people and not being afraid to rub shoulders or shake hands with us little people or commoners as her gang calls us, she may be able to win one of the Commissioner positions.

But, no matter what, she will be running for a county office next year, if she loses on November 7th.

Well, it is time for me to hit the sidewalks and start knocking on doors again.

If you hear a knock at your door, it may be me, so please answer, so we can talk about the issues and how I plan to fix our problems and I may even give you a hint about what will be happening next week.

Oh, and for everyone that plans on hitting the roads this weekend for the Halloween parties:

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!!!!

Please be careful!

Until Next Time...Have A Great Day!!!

U.S. Marine Pfc. Shelby Feniello Funeral

I just read that the Westboro Baptist Church from Kansas will be at the Pennsville Church on Saturday at 10:15am protesting this brave man's funeral.

These people are hate mongers. They say that our troops are dying because of America's tolerance to gays. They say that God is the newest terrorist against America and that God is using IED (Improvised Explosive Device) to kill our military men and women.

The Patriot Guard Riders www.patriotguard.org will be there to provide "cover" for the family.

I think we should all be there to help keep these people out of view of the family. I am a member of the PGR, so I will do my part as a member and as a veteran, and do whatever I can to help.

The PGR will be at Brooks for all viewings, at the church, and the cemetery.

Remember these people want publicity, so do not take part in their attacks. If we ignore them, they will leave.

It's a shame that they chose Connellsville, PA to protest a military funeral. Don't they know that the Fay-West area has more veterans per capita than any other area in the country?

They may not make it out of Connellsville alive, if they cross the path of the wrong biker or veteran.

God bless our brave men and women who are willing to sacrifice everything for our freedoms!

Here is the viewing funeral schedule, please come out and show his family that we appreciate his sacrifice.

Family and friends will be received from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 9 p.m. Friday in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville. The family will continue to receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, the hour of services, in the Pennsville Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Terry V. Murray officiating. Interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville. Full military rites will be conducted at the graveside. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to http://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/, in memory of Pfc. Shelby J. Feniello. To sign the guest registry, please visit http://www.brooksfuneralhomes.com/.

Rolling Thunder Meeting Tonight

I just came home from the Rolling Thunder meeting tonight.

The following candidates were in attendance: Diane Irey, Greg Hopkins, John Mikita, and myself.

I don't know why Kula, Mahoney, or DeWeese didn't attend. I guess they don't care about our veterans or their concerns.

Maybe that is why I am being endorsed by so many veterans across the district, because I am a veteran and I care about my fellow veteran's concerns.

Like I said before, I have heard that Mahoney and Kula's political consultant has been telling them to keep a low profile until Election Day, because of how poor they have been doing at debates.

Whether that's true or not, if you want to be a state representative, you should be out among the people and answering questions.

Until Next Time...Have A Great Day!!!

Debate Challenge

A few days ago, I heard Bob Foltz of the WMBS 590 AM radio station in Uniontown ask for candidates to call in if they wanted to be a participate in a debate on his "Let's Talk" radio show.

Of course, I called in immediately, as a matter of fact, I was the first to call in and told him I would be honored to be on his show.

Well, guess what! Ms. Kula has not contacted the station to participate in the debate.

Apparently, Mr. Foltz can't get a hold of Ms. Kula or she won't return his calls.

This is a shame, because the people have a right to hear us debate the issues of this election.

But, I have heard that Ms. Kula's very well paid political consultant has told her to keep a low profile before the election, because he thinks I beat her during the Herald-Standard's editorial board debate and he doesn't want her to debate me any more.

So, I am publicly challenging Ms Kula to debate me on the "Let's Talk" radio show that is on the WMBS 590 AM radio station.

She is unemployed, so I am sure that she can squeeze something into her busy schedule. I will use some personal time off from work to attend the debate no matter what day or time it is scheduled.

I will also repeat the challenge that gave to Ms. Kula after the primary election and again during the Herald-Standard's editorial board debate.

Ms. Kula if this election is NOT about extending your political career or about fattening up your pension, please tell the people that you will NOT accept a free car or gas, free healthcare, free pension or any payraise, if you are elected.

I have stated repeatedly that would turn down all of that.

Can you make that statement? If not, you are for government as usual and you are only in this for the money and NOT "for the people" as you claim.

The people can see through the smoke and mirrors and know what your true intentions are, because they know that if you would not have lost the magistrate office, you wouldn't be running for State Representative and if you lose this race, you will find another political office to run for to try to extend your political career as a career politician.

I look forward to your reply in reference to my challenges and I hope you accept both, because like me, you should strive to put the people first.

Until Next Time...Have A Great Day!!!

Why are People SO Negative?

Yesterday, a very energetic Vote 4 Earnesty volunteer was making her daily phone calls throughout the North Union Township area when they came across a very very very negative Kula supporter.

This woman was so nasty and vile, she told my volunteer that she was a child molester because she is a registered Republican.

This woman told my volunteer that she doesn't want to go to the same heaven as my volunteer because my volunteer is a Republican.

This is outrageous!

I would be ashamed and embarrassed if this woman went around telling people that they were a close family friend of mine, because she claimed that she and her mother were very good friends and supporters of Kula.

Since all of the above is true and since I am very upset about how this woman treated my volunteer, who is a true volunteer, because unlike Kula's volunteers, this woman has never even asked for a cup of coffee as repayment for her long hours, I am putting her name in this blog.

Her name is Pamela L. Sheranko and she has publicly said that all Republicans and apparently their supporters and volunteers are child molesters.

This woman is a perfect example of why Fayette County and the 52nd District may never be able to move forward, because of such blatant discrimination and hatred toward our neighbors.

And most people who discriminate toward people because of their political parties usually discriminate against people because of their color and race, too, because discrimination knows no boundaries.

I know Ms. Sheranko is an exception to the rule, because I have met thousands of Democrats who are willing to give a good hard working working class man like myself a chance to fix our problems instead of voting for another career politician like Kula who has no clue about real people like us.

She has been living off of the taxpayers for her entire adult life collecting almost $75,000 a year as a district magistrate, a position that was handed to her from a judge as a political favor and now she claims that she is "for the people."

Of course, she's only "for the people" who donate to her campaign, which so far it has been about 60% from outside her district and the other 40% from inside the district have been family, Judges, and lawyers.

Not a single donation from any working class person. This proves who she will represent...family, friends, judges, lawyers, and people from outside of the 52nd district.

It's time we elect a TRUE State Representative.

It's time we elect William R. Earnesty, the only working class candidate, who will work for all the citizens, not just the rich and powerful who donate to campaigns!

Until Next Time...Have A Great Day!!!

Pioneer Days

My family and I was in beautiful and historic Perryopolis for Pioneer Days.
Everything was AWESOME!!!

The food was great and of course the people were fantastic.

I shook so many people's hands that I thought my arm was going to fall off and so many people patted me on the back that my shoulder will ache for months.

But it was all good, because everyone was happy to see me and told me how happy that I made it.

I talked for about an hour about the history of Perry with an older gentleman and he was shocked about how much I knew about good old Perry.

He looked me in the eye and asked me where I learned so much about his town, because he said our school's history books don't teach what we talked about, so I confessed that I am a history nut.

I love American history, especially local American history, I can't get enough of it.

My family really had a good time today at Pioneer Days.

Unfortunately, we had to leave early to be with my family at my cousin's viewing today. He passed away on Thursday.

I will not be at Pioneer Days tomorrow, so I can attend the funeral with my family.

As I said many times before, I will be the best State Representative that the 52nd District ever had, but my family will always come first.

Please keep my aunt in your prayers, because it has to be hard to bury a child.

Until Next Time...Have A Great Day!!!

Signs, Signs, Every Where Signs!!!

It's Sign Time again!

I will be out putting up signs this weekend.

I put some out the other night in Mt. Pleasant during the lightning storm.

I never seen so much lightning in my life!

A nice woman in her late 50s pulled over and began to help me put up signs.

Afterwards, I took her to McDonald's for a cup of coffee and we talked.

We talked about the weather, about schools, about kids, and about her late husband.

She also told me about her only son volunteering to practically live in Iraq, instead of coming home to face the reality of his father dying.

She was sad but proud. I listened for over an hour to her pour out her soul to me about living off of her meager salary trying to pay her taxes and her bills.

I told her that I would do all that I could, if I am elected and that it starts with a person that's not afraid to rock the boat by demanding that ALL illegal perks are dropped.

I told her that I would keep her in my prayers and I gave her my cell phone number, so if she ever needed anything, whether I am elected or not, she could call me.

Ladies and Gentlemen, We must do something NOW!

We can't continue on with politics as usual and government as usual, we must stop this BS NOW and start helping and fixing the problems that career politicians like my opponent have created for us over the last 30 years.

The time is now!

If you want CHANGE, then you must vote for me, William R. Earnesty!

Thank you!

Until Next Time...Have A Great Day!!!

Perry Pioneer Days

My family and I will be at the Perry Pioneer days this weekend.

Again, we won't be hiding in a booth like my opponent, but we will be working the crowd talking about our futures.

The future if Kula is elected, which of course will be more of the same from a do nothing career politician or the future if I am elected which will finally get some taxes cut, property taxes eliminated, state budgets reduced, and some really good jobs moving INTO the 52nd District instead of out!

I look forward to meeting each and every one of you this weekend!

Oh, I almost forgot.

A few weeks ago, my campaign manager had contacted a Mr. Staggers about being in the Pioneer Days Parade, but he denied our request to be in the parade, because he said he does not allow political candidates to be in his parade.

He told us that he told Kula the same thing, so only time will tell if he did tell Kula the same thing and IF Kula will obey the rules set forth, since we already know that she has indicated that she won't obey the state constitution.

Until Next Time...Have A Great Day!!!

Westmoreland District 7 Republicans

Monday, I attended the Westmoreland District 7 Republicans meeting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Raygor.

The Raygors have a beautiful home and they are 2 of the people that were most influential in getting me on the ballot for the Primary election.

Thanks again to both of you!

It is good to see that there are still some hard working Republicans in the 52nd District.

Until Next Time...Have A Great Day!!!

Campaign Signs

A few signs are up along route 119 between Connellsville and Dunbar!

Since we "lost" about 103 signs in 2004 and approximately 77 signs in May 2006, I am offering a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone stealing or damaging my signs.

So, get your digital cameras and camcorders ready, because I am sure the rewards will be going fast.

And in the mean time, please email me, electearnesty@zoominternet.net, if anyone out there needs more yard signs.

Until Next Time...Have A Great Day!!!
